About this file

This is Amendment 1 to Attachment 9, which details provisions and clauses incorporated by full text for a Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) solicitation for in-store seafood market operations in Hawaii. The document includes several key contract clauses including Option to Extend Services (52.217-8) allowing up to 6 months extension of services, and Option to Extend Term of Contract (52.217-9) which limits the total contract duration to 60 months with a 30-day notice period for extensions. The document also covers Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) payment instructions, though notably DeCA does not use WAWF for resale operations and instead utilizes Delivery Ticket Invoice for receiving and payment processes.

The file contains primarily standard contractual clauses and administrative details rather than specific information about the seafood market services being procured. Key administrative updates include the addition of PWS attachments, revision of provisions and clauses, and deletion of Attachment 11 (FOIA) which is no longer applicable for DeCA. The document provides detailed instructions for contractors regarding payment submissions, documentation requirements, and electronic invoicing procedures through various systems.
