In an effort to assist the Government’s Past Performance Evaluation Team in assessing your past performance relevancy and confidence, we request that the following consent letter be completed by the major subcontractors/teaming partners identified in your proposal. The completed consent letters should be submitted as part of your Present/Past Performance Volume.
