Description:
On June 6 and 7, 2016, the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) will host a Test, Evaluation, and Certification (TEC) Services pre-solicitation conference at JITC’s headquarters at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The event will consist of a plenary session and a testbed operations overview (open to all industry participants). Additionally, one-on-one sessions (schedule to be determined based on number of participants) will be conducted between individual contractors and the Government.
Purpose:
The purpose of this unclassified conference is to enable the Department of Defense (DoD) representatives to obtain information from industry experts on how to best provide TEC Services for JITC. This information will be used by the DoD to better understand industry’s ability to support this unique requirement.
Background:
DISA’s JITC requires contractor TEC services to support its role as the DoD's sole Joint Interoperability Certifier and only non-Service Operational Test Agency for Information Technology (IT) and National Security Systems (NSS). JITC provides support to the DoD Combatant Commanders/Services/Agencies, federal and state agencies, Coalition Partners, and commercial entities to aid in their design, development, acquisition, integration, deployment, operational use, and sustainment of new and enhanced IT/NSS capabilities.
Response Instructions:
Registration for the plenary/laboratory briefings, one-on-one, or both sessions shall be made through Defense Information Technology Contracting Office (DITCO) by e-mailing Tyler

d. Type of business (small, large, small disadvantaged, etc)
e. Indication if your firm requests a one-on-one session with Government representatives

THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS 3:00 PM CDT, WEDNESDAY, JUNE 1,
2016. DITCO will release a tentative schedule for one-on-one sessions between industry and Government no later than June 2, 2016.
