TEC Services Scope of Work
Scope: Non-personal services for TEC planning, test conduct, data collection and analysis, and results reporting for DoD and IT/NSS capabilities.
• T&E Services include planning, test conduct, data collection and analysis, and results reporting for all types of testing that JITC performs to include Interoperability, Developmental, Operational, Standards Compliance and Conformance, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Service, and other T&E and Subject Matter Expert Support.
• T&E Enabling Services include establishing and sustaining the underlying policies, processes, and capabilities that enable JITC to satisfy its customers’ T&E needs to include TEC policies and processes, requirements review, and documentation management; DoD interoperability status development and management; knowledge management; JITC customer relationship management; advanced technologies research;
strategic planning; test automation and instrumentation; testbed management; and laboratory support.
