About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for the Halvorsen 25K Aircraft Cargo Loader issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base. The RFI seeks to identify potential sources with expertise in four key areas: Pipeline/Material Management, Sustaining Engineering, Repair, and Overhaul for three configurations of Aircraft Cargo Loaders (NSN 3930-01-480-9519CT) used to transport cargo between warehouses and aircraft flight lines.
Respondents are required to submit a detailed capability survey by close of business on 11 April 2025, addressing business information, general capabilities, overhaul and support experience, and engineering services capabilities. The RFI encourages participation from both large and small businesses, including joint ventures and teaming arrangements, with specific requests for information about company background, past project experience, potential competitive barriers, diagnostic tools, inventory management, and technical documentation processes. Interested parties must send responses electronically to Kimberly Mercer and Christopher Greene, with attachments limited to 10 MB per email and multiple submissions allowed.
