Attachment 1a - Appendix A (4-16-2026).pdf

This document is Appendix A to Solicitation H9821026QA001, which specifies the places of performance and service delivery requirements for educational programs across multiple military installations in the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) region.

The appendix identifies 11 locations across Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia where undergraduate programs, graduate programs, and Non-Traditional Credit (NTC) services will be delivered. Services are categorized by three delivery modes: onsite services requiring physical presence (marked with "X"), advisement-only services supported by regional offices without on-site representatives (marked with "*"), and future services to be requested when facilities become available (marked with "**"). Key installations include Naval Support Activity Manama in Bahrain; 332 AEW and JTC in Jordan; Camp Arifjan, Camp Buehring, and Ali Al Salem in Kuwait; Al Udeid in Qatar; Al Dhafra in United Arab Emirates; and Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia. Most locations require onsite undergraduate instruction and NTC services, while graduate program delivery is limited to advisement-only support at most facilities, with the exception of Naval Support Activity Manama and Prince Sultan Air Base, where graduate services are either fully onsite or planned for future availability.
