Attachment 1a - Appendix A.pdf

This is an appendix documenting the place of performance for solicitation H9821026QA001, specifying service delivery locations and requirements across the CENTCOM region.

The document identifies 13 geographic locations across the Middle East and Africa where undergraduate education, graduate education, and NTC (Non-Traditional Credential) programs or services are to be delivered. These locations include Bahrain (Naval Support Activity Manama and an undisclosed site), Djibouti (Camp Lemonnier), Egypt (Sinai South Camp), Jordan (332 AEW and JTC), Kuwait (Camp Arifjan, Camp Buehring, and Ali Al Salem), Qatar (Al Udeid), United Arab Emirates (Al Dhafra), and Saudi Arabia (Prince Sultan Air Base). The appendix uses a notation system to indicate service requirements: "X" indicates onsite services required with physical presence, "*" indicates advisement only with regional office support and no on-site representative, and "**" indicates future services to be requested when facility becomes available. Most locations require onsite undergraduate and NTC services, while graduate services are primarily limited to advisement only. Prince Sultan Air Base is noted for future graduate program availability.
