Answer: Labor categories are illustrative. The Government is not hiring FTEs but rather contracting for work to be performed. Contracting personnel may propose a mix of full-time and part-time labor hours as they see fit to perform the requirements of the PWS. Direct PII on those under the age of 18 is largely unavailable, and commercially frowned upon. Instead, is the intent to have a resource of data which represents households where known high school students live, enabling marketing to the household, but not storing or soliciting the individual PII of those under 18?
Answer: The requirement is for directory level information lists for students that are high school juniors and above. See SORNs DHRA 04 & 05 (https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2019/10/16/2019-22562/privacy-act-of-1974-system-of-records); (https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2018/10/25/2018-23309/privacy-act-of-1974-system-of-records).

The future strategy, therefore, is to remain in lock step with the environments and applications that adhere to the cyber security standards and meet the system’s requirements for the functional and business use cases specified in the contract.
RFP change: none
75. What does the government’s current production landscape look like and what percentage of work is connected to digital assets vs. products vs. experience vs. content (video, audio, print, OOH, social?)

Answer: With regard to storage of media assets, current volume consists of 135 digital creative assets (video).
RFP change: none
