QUESTION: This statement leads in with the “Site Manager will not normally serve in a role player capacity except” leaving the impression that the Site Manager WILL serve in a role player capacity in the exception. However, the statement continues by stating the G- Chief role player will execute Site Manager duties, which is not an exception to the Site Manager not serving in a role player capacity. Is this statement intended to say the G- Chief role player will execute Site Manager's duties for each of the base camp training sites during CULEX Robin Sage and that the Site Manager will act as one of the G- Chiefs? Please clarify this statement.
