Question 1: The SATCOM terminal is included in the Severable Subsystem, but volume is listed as a briefcase. Please detail system case count.

As defined in SOW Paragraph 4.8.3.

Question 2: When in SS configuration, it is understood that the environmental requirements of the SATCOM terminal remain the same. What is the expected environmental performance of the SS configuration as a whole?

The SATCOM terminal environmental requirements are as defined in SOW 4.5.3, 4.5.4, 4.5.5 and 5.2. GFE laptop environmental adherence is the responsibility of the Government.

Question 3: Is the “brick” (AC power supply/charger) supplied with the Laptop computer (GFE) included in the weight budget?

Yes.

Question 4: Please provide the weight and volume of the GFE Laptop "Brick" (AC power supply/charger).

The GFE Laptop "Brick" (AC power supply/charger) we ight is 0.8 lbs. Dimensions are 4 5/8 inches x 1 3/4 inch by 1 inch. Length of AC cord to Brick is 6 feet and the length of the DC cord is 4 feet.

Question 5: Clarify that the DC output terminals on the power entry panel (4.3.6.f) for both the laptop and SATCOM are objective.

Yes.

Question 6: For both Attachment 3 (CLIN 0010 SDN-L v(3) Components List) and Attachment 5 (CLIN 0014 SDN-L v(3) Contractor Depot Logistics Support List), please confirm that "Ku Band Terminal", "Ka Band Terminal", and "X Band Terminal" indeed refers to a complete terminal as defined in CLIN 0001 "Ku Band Terminal", CLIN 0003 "Ka Band Terminal", and CLIN 0002 "X Band Terminal", respectively.

Yes. See Solicitation/RFP Amendment 2 for revisions to the CLIN structure and Attachments.

Question 7: Attachment 3 asks for pricing for each variant of the SATCOM terminal and also for a subset of some of the parts that make up each SATCOM terminal. If the parts that are listed in Attachment 3 are not LRUs, should a price be supplied for what is essentially a depot level spare part, or should pricing be limited to LRUs? If pricing is limited to LRUs, how will the government ensure that variations in manufacturer’s designs are accounted for in the evaluation?

Components parts list has been removed. LRUs and any additional parts will be provided in accordance with CDRL A0007.

Question 8: What is the cut-off date and time for submission of questions?

In order to respond to all offerors, the Government requests all questions be submitted by 19 February 2010, 1630 Eastern Time.

Question 9: In Reference to Overall System Components. This paragraph states that the system, configured for transport in a ruggedized transport case, must not weigh more than the total of the KPP’s in Table 4-1. Since this case appears to be separate from the SDN-L (see subsequent question on this point below), it would imply that the ruggedized transport case actually needs to be zero weight (assuming all KPP’s meet their own weight requirement) and volume, or that any weight it does have must be taken out of the contents weight. Please clarify.

The KPP weight includes the ruggedized case as defined in Table 1-1.

Question 10: 4.8.1 Ruggedized Exterior Case (Transit Case) The size of this case is the same as only one of the items to be contained in it, and the weight is to be not more than the total of the items in it. Table 4-1 states the Threshold System weight is 48 lbs and the SS System weight is 10 lbs. The System volume is 50 linear inches, and the SS System is a laptop briefcase. This paragraph states that the Transit Case, which houses all the items in Table 1-1 must not exceed the volume of the System alone. We believe the Government should say that the contractor may propose a case that is rugged and sized to house and protect all of the required equipment with a weight not to exceed checked baggage limits (varies – but approximately 70 lbs).

The KPP weight includes the ruggedized case as defined in Table 1-1.

Question 11: Table 1-1 SDN-L System The “Note” is confusing. It reads that the SATCOM Terminal does not count in the system weight KPP. We presume that the system weight does include one SATCOM terminal in one band. Each band will be different in weight.

The note correctly identifies those system components not counting against the KPP.

Question 12: Table 1-3 SDN-L Severable Subsystem The “Note” is confusing. We presume that the system weight does include one SATCOM terminal in any one band.

The note correctly identifies those system components not counting against the KPP.

Question 13: Table 2.1 Military/Federal Standards and Certification Documents- Mandatory

We believe Mil-Std-188-164A does not entirely apply to this type terminal, and we are aware that several very recent modifications to the Certification Requirement, Process and Procedures

do. The Government needs to be specific on the exact requirements, and it should provide the revised documents for reference. As far as we are aware these revisions are so new, they may only be available in Draft form. DISA will be able to provide you with guidance on the new requirements for “manpack” satellite terminals.

The vendor is responsible for certifications of their proposed NDI systems.

Question 14: Table 4-1 System KPP Requirements The “Note” is confusing. It reads that the weight shown does not include the SATCOM Terminal, the carrying Bag, Refers to (KPP2?? undefined), the battery backup, ancillary or auxiliary items. Please clarify what it does include.

The Carrying bag (KPP 2) applies to only the SS Configuration. The note correctly identifies those system components not counting against the KPP.

Question 15: Table 4-2 Baseband Chassis Power Sources Is it necessary to operate on the total range of DC power (10-32 volts) or is it acceptable to operate on a specific voltage(s) somewhere within the range?

The requirement in SOW Table 4-2 is correct.

Question 16: Para 4.3.7 Chassis Internal Battery Function The Government needs to provide some information on the GFE equipment power requirements and load in order to properly size the battery system.

The GFE laptop power consumption is estimated at 16 VDC & 3.75 A. The power requirements for the SECNET 54 HAIPE device is estimated at less than 8W.

Question 17: 4.3.8 Auxiliary Power Function (Separate From Baseband Chassis) Is it necessary to operate on the total range of DC power or is it acceptable to operate on a specific voltage(s) somewhere within the range?

The requirement in SOW Paragraph 4.3.8 is correct.

Question 18: 4.5.3 Ku-Band Specific Requirements The configuration of the SATCOM terminals, including the Ku band terminal is not clear. This paragraph states that the SATCOM terminal is contained as a component within the Baseband Chassis. It goes on to say that the reflector and feed (if removable) need to be contained inside the SATCOM Terminal Case. This implies that the SATCOM terminal, Antenna, Feed all reside inside the baseband chassis during transport. Is this correct?

SOW Paragraph 4.3 defines the baseband chassis requirement and states that it will provide “storage for the SATCOM Terminal.”

Question 19: 4.5.3.2 Operating Frequency Bands & 4.5.3.3 Polarization This paragraph requires coverage of the extended Ku band while paragraph 4.5.3.3 requires both cross pol and co pol operation, all built into the SATCOM terminal. In order to accommodate full coverage, it is necessary to have additional frequency conversion modules, since the entire band is not covered by current off-the-shelf COTS modules. The incorporation of additional RF modules will add to the weight and size of the terminal. The requirement for built in cross- pol and co-pol operation further complicates the design and adds to additional weight and size.

The best and most practical solution in keeping the SDN-L terminal small and lightweight as possible would be to have a kit that would allow the upgrade of a standard Ku band terminal to accommodate the requirements for frequency and polarization as required by the mission in which it will be deployed. This kit can be installed by qualified personal before deployment in some requisite time. It will eliminate the necessity to carry the additional weight of components that have no function on the specific mission.

SOW Paragraph 4.5.3.3 states that if separate feeds are provided then only the heavier feed counts toward the KPP. Similarly, the Government will only count the heaviest frequency converter against the KPP.

Question 20: 4.5.3.8 Prime Power The range of AC and DC are not in consistent with those requirements specified in Table 4-2 Baseband Chassis Power Sources, and in the case of the DC voltage, the maximum was increased from 32 volts to 48 volts.

SOW Paragraph 4.5.3.8 defines the requirements for the SATCOM Terminal not the requirement for Baseband Chassis Power.

Question 21: 4.5.3.11 Terminal Weight This paragraph states the Ku SATCOM terminal weight shall not exceed 40 pounds (threshold) with a 10 pound objective. Please clarify the difference between this weight and the 48 lbs allowed in the System KPP, and please advise if the 10 pound objective is an error that should be 38 pounds (also as shown in the System KPP Table 4-1).

The note to SOW Table 4-1 identifies the system weight and exceptions. SOW Paragraph 4.5.3.11 identifies the separate SATCOM Terminal weight.

Question 22: 4.5.4.1 Terminal Control, Monitor and Alarm Is it necessary to have a separate handheld computer (which adds to size and weight) if the terminal has its own monitor and control features/display built-in, and which the contractor can state what features and facilities are available in the proposal? Can this information be displayed on the GFE laptop and save the need to transport another “handheld” computer. It may not be entirely possible to display actual EIRP by signal detection at the output of the high power amplifier, since this signal is likely to be spread spectrum and/or TDMA (both capabilities of the iDirect modem). An approximation or calculation may be possible, but since the transmit parameters are controlled by the remote hub and not the operator, this may be somewhat unimportant information to the operator. We suggest incorporation of a transmit alarm to verify proper transmitter operation only, and a signal detector is optional.

Yes, a separate handheld terminal is required.

Question 23: 4.5.4.10 Terminal Weight. Same comment as for paragraph 4.5.3.11 above.

See Response to Question 21.

Question 24: 4.5.5.1 Terminal Control, Monitor and Alarm Same comment as for paragraph

4.5.4.1 above.

See Response to Question 22.

Question 25: 4.5.5.10 Terminal Weight Same comment as for paragraph 4.5.4.1 above.

See Response to Question 22.

Question 26: 5.2 Product Qualification Test (PQT) The paragraph states that all LRIP units shall undergo full PQT. The tests identified in this paragraph involve some that are 10 days in duration, followed by additional testing (Humidity for example). Tests such as salt fog are also long, but more importantly degrade the product such that replacement or refurbishment of the case(s) needs to be done on each test item. Normally test programs such as this are done in full on one or two first article units, especially true for salt fog. If each of 15 LIRP systems needs to experience the full PQT, then the cost and time to refurbish all units to production units is significant, and may be a challenge in such a short duration program. Resources at environmental testing facilities may be limited, and would likely result in a very significant PQT time period.

We suggest that this requirement be changed to allow one or more tests to be conducted on one or two non-deliverable first article units, and that the full 15 LIRP units be subjected to an in-plant burn-in as defined in paragraph 5.1. Additional time needs to be allocated in the delivery phase to allow for the PQT and refurbishment of LIRP’s if first article units are not acceptable.

Requirements as defined in SOW Paragraph 5.2 and 5.6.1 are correct.

Question 27: 5.3.1 Ku-Band SATCOM Service Provider Compliance Sub 1m Ku band terminals normally require transmit carrier spreading to achieve off-axis EIRP density limits as imposed by the FCC, Intelsat, Eutelsat, and SES New Skies. The actual link parameters (for the satellite, hub terminal, and SDN-L terminal) as well as the mission parameters need to be carefully considered and calculated in order to meet this requirement. It is not possible to make a general statement that any terminal of this size will meet all conditions under which the Government may wish to use it, however if we can select the carrier parameters (FEC rate, Modulation, spreading factor), then it IS possible to make a general statement that it will.

The requirements in SOW Paragraph 5.3.1 are as stated.

Question 28: 5.3.2 X-band and Ka Band Compliance/Certification

Refer to discussion on Table 2.1 Military/Federal Standards and Certification Documents- Mandatory above.

See Response to Question 13.

Question 29: In Reference to Section L. With regard to SATCOM terminals, NDI (non developmental item) terminals exist today, however few if any meet the SDN-L requirements for weight and size in the three required bands. Moreover, we are unaware of any NDI product that meets the specialized packaging requirement for complete integration of a SATCOM terminal and Baseband Chassis. This design is special and will require development by all potential offerors. The Government is requesting that the contractor use special innovative technology and techniques to reduce the size and weight of the SDN-L system. By its nature in exploring and utilizing new innovative technology in this program, it seems that no responsive bidder would be able to comply with both NDI and the use of new innovative technology and techniques at the same time.

The Government’s Market Research indicates this is achievable.

Question 30: In Reference to Section L. Considering the significant challenge for size and weight of the SDN-L system, the Government should consider changing the requirement from NDI at the system level to NDI at the component LRU level, with some allowance of new technology and techniques at the LRU level if its purpose is to further reduce size and weight.

To clarify, the Government has removed the reference to “COTS” in Section L. The Government is confident that the following from Section L-1.1 addresses this questions: As a NDI program offerors must propose a materiel solution based on existing products and technology, no one requiring development.

Question 31: In Reference to Section L. We believe that in order for the Government to enjoy the best terminal solution that meets the SDN-L requirements, it should allow additional time in the program. At a minimum, we would request that the RFP be extended such that the prospective bidder has 30 days to respond once all questions submitted have been answered.

Due date has been extended to 4 March 2010.

Question 32: In Reference to Section L. We also suggest the Government require a prospective bidder to submit for demo and test, a small SATCOM terminal configured for X-band requirements (iDirect capability, external HAIPE (GFE), XTAR space segment (GFE)). A satisfactory demonstration will show that the bidder has an acceptable NDI product which will then be adapted by the winner(s) of the program to meet additional SDN-L packaging and size requirements. The potential bidders will then be invited to submit a proposal based on the outcome of the demonstration. We believe this will work toward the benefit of the Government as well as to the bidder, and will provide a better overall understanding of the product, performance and characteristics of NDI items that will formulate the basis for the SDN-L terminal.

The Government sees no benefit in Product Demonstrations.

Question 33: In Reference to Section M. M-1 Basis of Award. M-1.1 states “Award will be made to the responsible offeror(s) whose proposal…..”. Does the plural indicate that the Government may award more than one contract?

The Government currently anticipates awarding one contract, but please refer to FAR 52.215-1(f)(6).

Question 34: In Reference to Section M. M-2.2.2 Factor 2 Baseband Chassis. Since a factor for evaluation of proposals includes chassis design and integration approach for GFE devices, additional information that will affect this approach needs to be provided (outline drawings, power requirements and consumption, connector types, etc.)

The GFE laptop power consumption is estimated at 16 VDC & 3.75 A. The power requirements for the SECNET 54 HAIPE device is estimated at less than 8W.

SECNET 54 HAIPE device dimensions are 3.18 x 5.26 x 1.13 inches. SECNET 54 HAIPE weight is less than 1 pound.

CF-19 laptop dimensions are 8.5 x 10.7 x 1.9 inches and weighs 5.1 pounds including 1 hard drive and battery. Each hard drive weighs 4.8 ounces and the dimensions are 5 x 3 x 0.75 inches

Interfaces (connector types) are defined in SOW Paragraph 4.3.4 and 4.3.6.

Question 35: It is requested that the proposal submittal date be extended to 3 March 2010. This request is based on the inclusion of a Ka Manpack Capability as an objective and the Amendment 1 revision that defines a Ka-band SATCOM Terminal as a required component of the system. There was no mention of a Ka terminal in the draft solicitation materials.

The porposal due dated has been extended to 4 March 2010.

Question 36: IKPT / NET Training (CLIN 0011), Computer Based Training (CLIN 0012), the Provisioning Parts List (CLIN 0013) and Contractor Depot Logistics Support (CLIN 0014) are all priced separately, but are not shown as requirements in Section L or as part of the evaluation factors defined in Section M. Is this an oversight? We recommend including requirements for ILS (SOW 5.4), Management Systems Requirements (SOW 5.5) and Refurbishment and Production Planning (SOW 5.6) in both sections L & M, with an increase in allowed page count of at least 20 pages to allow for the incorporation of the material.

The Government does not intend to add these as additional requirements.

Question 37: Given the widespread upgrade to Microsoft (MS) Word 2007, and problems inherent in “down converting” documents into MS Word 2003 format (especially with regards to font changes causing changes in pagination) would the Government allow proposals to be submitted in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) as an alternative?

No.

Question 38: Under Section L-3.2.4 Subcontracting and in accordance with FAR 52.219-9, a Small Business Subcontracting Plan with targets, expressed as dollars and percentages is required. Under Section M-3.1.3(4) Subfactor 3D it is required that the subcontracting plan be included in the technical volume under management approach. Under Section L-3.2, second sentence, it states that “No information pertaining to price shall be included in Volume I”.

Based on the above, would the government allow the small business subcontracting plan to be submitted in its own volume in existing contractor format?

See revised language in Section L.

Question 39: The Section B CLIN structure only requires one unit price per CLIN and Range Quantity. Attachment 2 requires unit pricing for each CLIN and Range Quantity for 5 different years.

a. Under Attachment 2, is pricing required for CLIN 0001, 0002, 0003 and 0004 for Year 2 through Year 5?

b. What Year Range Quantity should be used for Section B CLIN pricing?

c. Does the Max Amount need to be completed for CLINs 0006, 0007, 0008, and

0009?

a. No. Attachment 2 has been revised.

b. Offerors do not have to complete Section B. The Government will use the pricing on Attachment 2 (TEP) to complete Section B.

c. No.

Question 40: Attachment 2, Statement of Work, Page 2, Para 1.2 – 1.3. The SOW specifies that the SATCOM component shall be configured with a Ku, X or Ka-band terminal incorporating iDirect technology. Please identify the specific iDirect technology that is required to be incorporated.

SOW Paragraphs 4.5.3.9, 4.5.4.8, and 4.5.5.8 define the requirement for the SATCOM Terminal modem function.

Question 41: Please identify all GFE Laptop and hard drives.

See Response to Question 34.

Question 42: Attachment 2, Statement of Work, Page 18, Para 4.3.4.3. Please identify the “non-volatile memory interface”.

Assume this question actually refers to 4.3.4 e. SOW Paragraph 4.3.4 e. has been modified.

Question 43: Attachment 2, Statement of Work, Page 19, Para 4.3.8. The SOW specifies 1) that the auxiliary power system be “in a form factor and weight not to exceed that of the baseband chassis’s hardened case” which is 49 lbs. Then it states “The Auxiliary Power Case weight shall not exceed 55 lbs.” Based upon the above, please clarify which is the correct requirement?

The 55 pound weight is the correct requirement for the Auxiliary Power Case.

SOW Paragraph 4.3.8 has been modified accordingly.

Question 44: RFP L-3.3.3, Page 51: Past Performance, Part 1 – General Information In reference to requirement to provide the Rating Agency and Rating Official, please clarify if Rating Agency and Rating Official refers to the customer’s Contracting Officer or Technical

POC.

It may be either the contracting officer or technical POC.

Question 45: RFP L-3.3.3, Page 51: Past Performance, Part 1 – General Information In reference to requirement to provide the Federal Supply Code, if no FSC exists for the contract reference can the offeror provide the NAICS code instead?

Yes.

Question 46: Is Section 1.3 of the RFP it states that all components identified in Tables 1-1 and 1-2 require to be packaged in a single transport case not to exceed 50 linear inches. This includes the backpack, SS carry bag, a 3rd SECNET 54, Talon cards and many items not required for basic system operation. Are the ancillary items meant to be in a separate case?

Yes.

Question 47: Pages 5 and 6 of the RFP. For CLINs 0006 through 0009 in Section B, just confirming we are to show the unit price within each range quantity and then extrapolate out to the maximum amount by using the upper limit for each of those ranges. Please confirm that this understanding is correct.

Offerors do not have to complete Section B. The Government will use the pricing on Attachment 2 (TEP) to complete Section B.

Question 48: For the step ladder CLINs in Attachment 2 (CLINs 0006 through 0009), just confirming that we are to multiply the range/unit price for each range by the evaluation quantity to arrive at the extended total price for each year of the proposed effort. Please confirm that this understanding is correct.

Yes. Attachment 2 has been revised.

Question 49: In Section B, under CLIN 0005 (Page 5 of the RFP), technical data and the referenced Attachment 7, CDRLs, is not separately priced. However, the provided CDRLs (A0001 through A0019) in Attachment 7 clearly provide for a price for each in Block 18, all of which are linked to CLIN 0001 (Ku Band Terminal LRIP). Moreover, the clause on Page 55 of the RFP clearly indicates that prices should be supplied for each DD Form 1423 (CDRL). Can you please reconcile these observations so that it’s clear what is expected of offerors with respect to the pricing of technical data and the corresponding CDRLs?

DFARS 215.704 requires estimated data prices. We do not want the CDRLS seperately priced. DFARS requires estimated prices to be provided in Block 18 of the CDRL Form DD1423. The RFP has been revised to add the “Block 18” reference to the DFARS clause.

Question 50: Section B Page 2 of 58 – Should our response to Section B only represent the first year of pricing or should we submit five section Bs to reflect the pricing for Year 1 through Year 5 of the contract?

Offerors do not have to complete Section B. The Government will use the pricing on Attachment 2 (TEP) to complete Section B.

Question 51: Section L-2.1 Page 47 of 58 - Is single spacing acceptable rather than double spacing?

No.

Question 52: SOW Section 5.3.2- X-band and Ka Band Compliance/Certifications – The contractor is required to support Government certification at a time and location to be determined. Does the Government pay for certification testing or does the contractor? Does the government want the contractor to bid travel and per diem? If yes, where is the location of the training class?

1. The Government pays for Government certification testing performed by JSEC.

2. Refer to SOW paragraphs 1.4, 5.3.2 and 5.4.5.6

3. There is no training associated with certification. Certification testing is conducted at Ft. Monmouth, NJ.

Question 53: SOW Section 5.4.3 - Contractor Depot Logistics Support - The SOW states ‘The Contractor shall maintain the capability to provide all “out of warranty” repair support for all SDN-L hardware, firmware and software – excluding any GFE.’ How many years shall this capability be provided?

24 months after delivery of final order.

Question 54: SOW Section 5.4.5.4 Instructor and Key Personnel Training & Training Materials - For the training provided at the government facilities in Section 5.4.5.4, does the government want the contractor to bid travel and per diem? If yes, where is the training class located?

Refer to SOW paragraphs 1.4 and 5.4.5.4

Question 55: SOW 5.4.5.6 Test Support Package - In Section 5.4.5.6 it states - ‘The User Acceptance shall be conducted at a CONUS location and last approximately ten (10) days. The Contractor shall be notified of the dates and locations for conducting User Acceptance, once determined.’ Does the government want the contractor to bid travel and per diem? If yes, where is the user acceptance test site?

Refer to SOW paragraphs 1.4 and 5.4.5.6

Question 56: Section L-3.2.3.2 Delivery Schedule. The RFP states, ‘The offeror shall describe its plan to meet the Government’s delivery schedule and completion of the Time of Delivery at 52.211-8’. Could the government clarify the meaning of ‘52.211-8’?

The reference to 52.211-8 has been deleted. Section L has been updated.

Question 57: SOW 4.5.3.8, 4.5.4.7 and 4.5.5.7 - Is it acceptable to provide for a 10V-32V input to the SATCOM terminals instead of an input range of 12V-48V? This modification would allow for a reduction in battery count and reduce weight.

No.

Question 58: SOW 1.2 - What brand and model is the GFE system laptop? This information is required to determine the weight, dimensions and power specifications for the overall system design.

CF19 laptop models CF-19GJL52AM and PJRDXAM are used with the SDN-L.

Question 60: SOW Section 1.3 – Are the System Cabling, Compact Headset w/Microphone, and Webcam in Table 1-1 distinct from the Data and Power Cables, Compact Headset w/Microphone, and Webcam in Table 1-2?

Yes. The items described in Table 1-2 are in addition to the items describe in Table 1-1.

Question 61: SOW Section 4.3.6 – If DC output terminals are provided on both the Baseband chassis and SATCOM terminal for the laptop, is the laptop AC power brick required to be included in the system? If so, can one of the AC output receptacles be removed (assumption is that outlet is required for the laptop)?

1. The brick is GFE and shall be included.

2. No.

Question 62: SOW Section 4.4 – Will the HAIPE devices (SECNET54 and TALON KOV-26) be transported within the SDN-L system or separately? Do we need to allocate space for these devices during transport?

Refer to SOW paragraphs 4.3 & 4.4.

Question 63: SOW Section 4.3.2.4c – Since EIGRP routing is required, do you require the Cisco IOS command line interface to run on the router?

Yes.

Question 64: SOW Section 1.2 – Is the backpack required to fit inside and be transported within the ruggedized transit case?

Yes. Refer to SOW paragraph 1.3.

Question 65: In Reference: L-3.3.3 For each reference identified, the Offeror shall complete the following information representing Part I of the past performance questionnaire that will be released to references and return it with the proposal submission. Question: Need clarification on questionnaire requirements. Is there a Part II to the questionnaire that our references will need to complete? If so, please provide part II of the questionnaire and clarify if it will be the offeror’s responsibility to send the questionnaire to its references and have the references submit it by the due date?

No.

Question 66: In Reference: L-2.1 All text shall be printed in black ink using 12-point, Courier font. Printed lines shall be spaced a minimum of one character height apart (i.e., double spaced) and each page shall have a minimum of 1" margin from the paper edge to the text on all four sides. Question: Are graphics and tables subject to the 12-point, Courier Font requirement or can they use a minimum of 10-pt, single-spaced?

Graphics and tables can use down to 9-pt Courier font.

Question 67: In Reference: SOW table 1-1, 2.0 – Applicable Documents, table 4-1, 4.8.1, and

4.8.2. Question: MIL-STD 1472 F has specific requirements that conflict with the SOW requirements for size and weight, which are provided below.
