About this file
This amendment to the OASIS SB 8(a) SubPool solicitation clarifies the requirements for Mentor-Protege agreements and the evaluation of past performance. The solicitation seeks proposals to award multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts for various professional services across six subpools. Services include program management, engineering, scientific, logistics, and financial support. The General Services Administration intends to make awards by December 2024 for a period of performance through 2029. Offerors must register in the System for Award Management and monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website for the full solicitation releasing on or around February 8, 2019, with proposals due as stated. NAICS codes listed will determine small business size standards for the eight anticipated awards per subpool.
