About this file
This document provides details on an amendment to a federal solicitation and the related federal contract opportunity. The amendment extends the deadline for proposals under Solicitation Number GSOOQ-13-DR-0002-8(a) to 2:00 PM EDT on June 28, 2019. It encourages offerors to submit proposals by 11:00 AM EDT so the help desk can address any issues before the new deadline. The federal contract opportunity is to conduct an on-ramping for OASIS Small Business 8(a) Sub Pools 1, 2, 3, 4, 5B and 6 under MA-IDIQ contracts. The anticipated number of awards by sub pool are provided. The scope of work covers professional services to meet agencies' requirements, including program management, consulting, engineering, science, logistics and financial disciplines. The period of performance for task orders is up to 5 years after the base OASIS SB term expires in December 2024. The primary NAICS codes and size standards by sub pool are stated. The final solicitation will be available on February 8, 2019.

Block 14 Continuation Page
The purpose of this amendment is to:
1) Extend the deadline for submission of proposals to 2:00 PM EDT on Friday, June 28, 2019. Note that a number of users have identified an inability to submit their proposal by the previously established deadline due to perceived system issues. GSA has reviewed these issues extensively and determined them to be based on user error, however, GSA will extend the deadline to accommodate users who have difficulty submitting through the system.
The Symphony help desk will be available to respond to tickets submitted before 11:00 AM EDT on June 28, 2019. Should Offerors require assistance from the Symphony help desk, they must submit such help desk tickets no later than 11:00 AM EDT. As such, Offerors are strongly encouraged to "Submit" their proposal by no later than this time, so that, should any issues arise, they may still submit a help desk ticket and have it addressed prior to the 2:00 PM EDT deadline. GSA assumes no responsibility for resolving system issues reported after 11:00 AM EDT - this is the Offeror's sole responsibility.
Offerors who already submitted a compliant and timely proposal are not required to take any action. Note that this amendment is not required to be acknowledged.
