The purpose of this Pre-Proposal Conference is to provide a briefing of the Solicitation and the scope of work, so that the offerors can ascertain the complexities of the work to be performed which would materially affect the conduct of operations, the schedule or cost thereof.

GSA will meet attendees at the security screening area and escort all to the conference room at 9:00AM. Please note that the walk through of these facilities is scheduled for two (2) days.

After the Pre-proposal Conference, interested firms are requested to submit questions in writing to Michael Griffin, Contracting Specialist, at michaelp.griffin@gsa.gov within two (2) business days after the date of the Pre-Proposal Conference in order to facilitate preparation of responses. Each question should clearly specify the Section, Page and Paragraph, to which it refers. Answers to questions will be published in FBO after the Pre-Proposal Conference in as expeditious a manner as possible.

While the conference will provide an opportunity to discuss and clarify the solicitation provisions, nothing said or represented in the conference shall be deemed to modify the solicitation requirements unless followed by a written amendment.

Attendance at this conference is vital to the preparation of a competitive, cost effective, and accurate proposal in accordance with the technical and price requirements. It will enable the contractor to become acquainted with the areas which require special attention. An official tour of the buildings will be conducted after the pre-proposal conference. Additional site visits are not planned at this time.
