About this file
This document is an amendment to a federal solicitation seeking proposals for unrestricted and small business set-aside contract awards. The General Services Administration is soliciting proposals to establish new contract awards under OASIS SB Pools 1, 3, and 4, which are multiple-award, IDIQ contracts providing complex professional services and solutions to federal agencies. Proposals will now be accepted through June 20, 2019 utilizing the Symphony online system. Eligible offerors may submit proposals to one or more of the OASIS SB Pools for services in the 54 NAICS codes supported. If selected for award, contracts will have a 5-year base period and one 5-year option period, with an estimated ceiling value of $50 billion across all OASIS SB Pools.
