About this file

This document contains a scoring table for evaluating proposals submitted in response to solicitation number GS00Q-13-DR-0001, the OASIS Multiple Award IDIQ contract. Offerors will be evaluated and scored based on the relevance of their experience presented in Volumes 3 through 5 of their proposals. Volume 3 focuses on relevant experience, with subfactors such as project value, core disciplines performed, locations, subcontracting, and contract types. Volume 4 evaluates past performance on relevant projects using potential scores between 3.5 and 5. Volume 5 addresses offerors' systems, certifications, and clearances. Scores will be allocated across each volume, with the maximum total score being 10,000 points. Evaluation criteria include the number of mission spaces supported, multiple award contracts and task orders held, purchasing systems, estimating systems, CMMI levels, ISO certifications, and facility clearances.
