About this file
The document is a Florida State Form 10 (PUR 2024) related to labor and commodities compliance, specifically addressing provisions under sections 787.06 and 287.1346 of Florida Statutes. The form requires nongovernmental entities entering, renewing, or extending contracts with governmental entities to certify two critical compliance aspects: (1) non-use of coercion for labor and services, and (2) confirmation that commodities are not produced through forced labor.
The form is designed as a mandatory attestation with two parts, requiring signatures from either an officer/representative of the entity (Part A) or a senior management member (Part B). While no specific contract details, quantities, or monetary values are provided, the document represents a legal declaration affirming the entity's commitment to ethical labor practices and commodity sourcing. The form must be completed and signed under penalties of perjury, indicating the serious legal implications of making false statements about labor practices and commodity production.
