The solicitation seeks an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year performance period for sales and marketing of UNICOR furniture products throughout the continental United States, including Alaska, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. The guaranteed minimum is $1,000,000 over the contract duration. The NAICS code is 541613 (Business Services), with a $19 Million business size standard. The solicitation number is FN1611-26, issued February 23, 2026, with an offer due date of August 4, 2026 at 2:00 PM. UNICOR's FPI Central Office, located at 400 1st ST NW, Washington DC 20534-0004, is the issuing office. The contract will be administered by the same UNICOR office and delivered to that location. The successful offeror must establish a dedicated sales force with a National Sales Manager (seven years federal government/commercial furniture management experience required), regional managers (five years experience), and sales representatives (two years experience) providing exclusive representation for UNICOR products. The contractor must maintain a customer database, conduct weekly sales operations meetings, develop monthly forecasts, and submit monthly reports by the 5th of each month detailing order receipt percentages and 30/60/90-day forecasts by product category. Compensation will be based on monthly sales at 3-3.5% of invoiced sales, reviewed annually. The contractor must obtain background clearances for all staff, provide appropriate training on UNICOR products and processes, and facilitate appropriate customer access to systems and SAP. The period of performance is Base Year (April 30, 2026 through April 29, 2027) with four one-year option periods extending through April 29, 2031.
