Relevancy definition To be considered relevant, each past performance reference must: 1) have been performed within the last 5 years prior to the date of issuance of the solicitation and 2) meet the relevancy requirements in Group A or Group B and 3) be performed by either the prime offeror or major subcontractor Check all that apply for this past performance reference

· Construction and build-out of commercial facilities or
· Acquisition of supplies and equipment in support of facilities operations
