Part II. Capability Survey Questions

Describe briefly the capabilities of your company and the nature of the goods and/or services you provide. Provide any specific experience in performing Operational level (Flightline) and/or Intermediate level (Backshop) maintenance (O-Level and I-level maintenance). Provide any specific experience in working with fighter aircraft. Please identify the type/model of fighter aircraft you have experience working with.

Describe your company's past experience on previous projects similar in complexity to this requirement. Include contract numbers, a brief description of the work performed, period of performance, agency/organization supported, and individual point of contact (Contracting Officer or Program Manager).

Describe your company's capabilities for generating, handling, processing and storing classified material and data.

Describe your company's capabilities and experience in using technical data, engineering drawings and manuals. Describe your company’s experience with identifying discrepancies found in technical data and the means for reporting this information.

Describe your capability and experiences in the fabrication of components necessary to facilitate O&I level maintenance activities.

What quality assurance processes and test qualification practices does your company employ?

Please provide a description of your quality program (ISO 9000, QS-9000, EIA-599, or otherwise)?

Describe your capabilities and experiences in performing diagnostic testing and/or trouble-shooting utilizing support equipment to test aircraft or testing conducted in avionics backshops?

Describe your hardware/software configuration management process.

Describe your process for maintaining inventory records and reporting on hand/in work balances and repair status to your customer.

Describe your experience in conducting operations in other countries. If this experience was conducted in the Middle East, please specify that and/or list all countries you have experience conducting business in. Identify your understanding of the necessary processes required to enter and conduct business in the Middle East, including but not limited to obtaining passports and visas.
