About this file

This is an Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 that outlines the evaluation criteria for a commercial demolition services solicitation at Vandenberg Space Force Base. The document establishes three evaluation factors: (1) Price, (2) Technical Capability requiring a 20-page technical narrative addressing PWS requirements, and (3) Past Performance.

The evaluation methodology specifies that technical capability and past performance combined are approximately equal in importance to price. The document indicates that award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the government considering all factors. This evaluation framework applies to solicitation FA461025Q0011 for demolition services of Buildings 533 and 541, which is being conducted as a HUBZone small business set-aside under NAICS 238910.
