The site visits will take place at various correctional facilities and conservation camps operated by NDOC. Vendors are limited to a maximum of 4 attendees per site visit, and must comply with all security regulations. Proposals will not be accepted from vendors who do not complete the mandatory site visits. The form requires vendors to provide contact information and the names of attendees.
The document does not provide details on the specific products or services being procured, pricing terms, set-asides, funding sources, or contract duration. It focuses solely on the logistics and requirements for the mandatory site visits as part of the proposal process.
