1. The Joint Directed Energy Transition Office (DE-JTO) has a requirement for Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) supporting Directed Energy (DE) technical, engineering and scientific subject matter experts (SMEs) in all aspects of advanced DE systems and technology.

2. This draft RFP is intended to benefit the Government and potential offerors by producing a proposal that clearly explains the requirements and the methodology by which the proposals will be evaluated. c. Is the pricing strategy proposed in the Total Evaluated Price (TEP) spreadsheet easy to understand? Can it be improved?
