About this file
This document is a PowerPoint presentation for a Pre-Award Site Visit for a Fleet Janitorial Services contract at Edwards Air Force Base. The solicitation is for aircraft sanitation waste handling services for the 412th Maintenance Group, with a single award, firm-fixed price contract set aside for small businesses. The period of performance is from 15 December 2025 to 14 December 2030.
The site visit is scheduled for 7 October 2025, with strict attendance guidelines limiting vendors to two attendees who must provide detailed personal information for base access. Vendors must submit technical and price quotations, with evaluation based on technical capability and past performance, which are considered significantly more important than price. Key dates include 8 October 2025 as the last day to submit questions, 20 October 2025 for quotation submissions, and 12 December 2025 for contract award. The services involve cleaning galley areas, removing solid waste, replenishing lavatory supplies, and servicing aircraft potable water systems, available 24/7 for aircraft at Edwards AFB and NASA/Armstrong.
