About this file
This document is a solicitation attachment for a Fleet Janitorial Services pre-award site visit by the Air Force Test Center (AFTC) at Edwards Air Force Base. The contract is a single-award, firm-fixed-price, 100% small business set-aside for a five-year period from 15 December 2025 to 14 December 2030. The 412th Maintenance Group is requesting a quote for handling aircraft sanitation waste, including planning, coordination, and surveillance of activities to ensure disciplined work performance.
Key milestones include: last day to submit questions is 8 October 2025, responses will be posted on 13 October 2025, quotations are due by 20 October 2025, and contract award is planned for 12 December 2025. The evaluation will use a best-value approach, with technical capability and past performance significantly more important than price. Vendors must submit a price quotation, technical quotation demonstrating ability to meet Performance Work Statement requirements, and past performance information on 2-3 relevant contracts. The contracting points of contact are Cinthia Arias (Contracting Officer) and Richard Godoy (Contract Administrator), both from the Air Force Test Center.
