BOSS Industry Day Question & Comment Submission Form Instructions
Government Request for Industry Feedback
This Request for Information (RFI) and Industry Day Session are being conducted as part of the Government’s market research efforts. The Government has not committed to issuing a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), nor has it finalized acquisition requirements or strategies.
Industry input will help the Government assess feasibility, clarify requirements, and refine potential acquisition strategies. Your feedback is critical in shaping a future procurement strategy that aligns with industry capabilities and best practices.
Instructions
1. Email Submissions – No Later Than 1700 MT, 24 Feb 2025
Questions shall be submitted using the Government provided template. The Government reserves the right to deny any other formats.
For those unable to attend or who wish to submit additional feedback, responses may be submitted via email to:

2. Government Response Timeline
The Government will review all industry feedback and post the consolidated response to questions via SAM.gov as soon as possible.
Questions containing proprietary information will not be posted, it is the contractor's responsibility to mark their proprietary information.
Please note that only questions submitted will be posted. Feedback or suggestions, such as ‘we think innovation should be incorporated into your evaluation criteria,’ will not be posted as they cannot be answered directly.
Important: The Government is not obligated to incorporate feedback and does not guarantee the release of an RFP following this market research effort.

3. Filling out the Form
1. Company Information: Complete all fields.
2. Reference Document: Identify the document your question/comment/feedback refers to. Example: Draft PWS, Draft Section L, Draft Section M, General Comment)
3. Does this question/feedback contain proprietary information? Mark: Yes or No
4. Impact to Industry: How does this issue impact your company’s ability to participate or bid on a future opportunity?
a. Critical – This issue could prevent our company from bidding.
b. Important – This issue may impact pricing, teaming, or our competitive approach.
c. Minor – This is for clarification but would not significantly impact our ability to bid.
