About this file
This document is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division. The determination (No. 2015-4163, Revision 31, effective 12/03/2025) applies to service contracts in New York counties of Madison, Onondaga, and Oswego.
The wage determination establishes prevailing hourly wage rates and fringe benefits for over 200 occupation classifications across multiple industry categories, including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information technology, instructional services, machine tool operations, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, and transportation/mobile equipment operations. Wage rates range from $14.36 per hour (Taxi Driver) to $54.95 per hour (Nuclear Medicine Technologist). All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week, $222.00 per week, or $962.00 per month), with an alternative rate of $5.09 per hour for Service Contract Act-covered contracts also covered by Executive Order 13706. The determination includes vacation accrual (2-5 weeks based on tenure), 12 mandatory paid holidays, and special provisions for computer employees, air traffic controllers, weather observers, hazardous duty pay differentials (4-8 percent), and uniform allowances ($3.35 per week). Contractors must submit conformance requests on Standard Form 1444 for unlisted occupation classifications requiring wage determination approval.
