ACT 2 Industry Day Q&A Update - 20 December 2016
Posted 17 November 2016:
Question: Will Joint Ventures (JV) be allowed to propose?
Answer: Companies who form a JV, and are considered a Small Business (SB) under NAICS 541712, and meet all other requirements needed to be considered responsible will be able to propose.
Answer Update: In addition to the answer given above, Companies who form a JV and/or are part of the Mentor Protégée program are required to submit their Mentor Protégé Approval Letter and JV Agreement at the time of proposal submission. If you exceed the three (3) award maximum, notify the CO and you will be considered non-responsive. For further requirements regarding these programs, please reference 13 CFR 125.8 for the All Small Mentor Protégé Program (ASMAPP) and 13 CFR 124.513 for the 8(a) Mentor Protégé Program.
