Oral Presentation Guidance
General Information:
a. Each offeror shall notify the Government via email of their intent to provide an oral presentation no later than 21 calendar days after solicitation release.

b. One electronic copy (via AMRDEC or AFRL SAFE) of the oral presentation materials/briefing charts shall be submitted on the due date identified in block 9 of the RFP. Briefing charts are to provide structure to the oral presentation. It is recommended that offerors structure their oral presentations to follow the order of items in Attachment 6 - Section M. The oral presentation shall be the basis for evaluation of Factor 1. Any information contained in the slides, but not orally presented, will not be considered as part of the offeror’s oral presentation. If the slides contain bullets or information that is not orally addressed, it will be disregarded. Offerors shall not present any classified information either in their proposals or during oral presentations.
c. The location of the face-to-face oral presentations shall be in the Eglin Air Force Base area.
Presentations shall tentatively begin within one (1) week after the proposal due date. The offeror shall notify the Contracting Officer in writing of the name, phone, and email of the individual to whom the Government shall give notice with the submission of the offeror’s proposal.
d. The order of oral presentations shall be randomly generated. The Contracting Officer will notify offerors within 3 calendar days after proposal due date by phone or email of the offeror’s date, location, and time of presentation. Offeror’s shall provide the Government with a primary and alternate point of contact for scheduling purposes.
e. All oral presentations will be video/audio recorded.
f. The Government reserves the right to ask clarification questions after the presentation following a break for consultation. The question and answer session will be considered in the offeror’s oral evaluation. Question and answer does not constitute formal discussions. Any information contained in the slides, but not orally presented, will not be considered as part of the offeror’s oral evaluation.

Contracting Officer Closing Statement:
Thank you for participating in the solicitation process for the BLU-136/B Next Generation Area Attack Warhead.
If no clarifications are required then this will conclude the offerors presentation. In the event the Government requires clarification on any information orally presented, the Contracting Officer will give notice of a ninety (90) minute break before reconvening to ask clarification questions.
