Attachment 2 Instructions to Obtain the BLU-136/B Technical Data Package (TDP)
A copy of the Technical Data Package (TDP) referenced within the RFP will be made available from Catherine Hodge at catherine.hodge.2@us.af.mil and/or Douglas Cornelius at douglas.cornelius@us.af.mil upon written request. Offerors must officially request these documents in writing, via e-mail.

Acknowledgement of the offeror’s responsibility under U.S. export contract laws and regulations:
The individual requesting and authorized to receive the export-controlled TDP on behalf of the U.S. contractor must be the contact/person identified within the JCP system. Any recipient of the export controlled information shall be a U.S. citizen or a person admitted lawfully into the United States for permanent residence and is located in the United States.
NOTE: The TDP will not be released to anyone except the person listed in box 3 – Data Custodian of the DD Form 2345.
Upon verification of the offeror’s status and acknowledgment of responsibilities under U.S. export control laws and regulations, the requested TDP will be provided via the ARL Secure Access File Exchange website, https://safe.arl.army.mil/.
NOTE: All requests for the TDP must be submitted no later than (NLT) 25 calendar days after the request for proposal (RFP) has been posted to FedBizOpps.
