About this file

The agreement seeks to focus partnership intermediary activities on technology transfer and transition, engaging small businesses, increasing transition of Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer technologies, and enhancing science, technology, engineering, and math programs. Prospective offerors are invited to submit written questions, and clarifying responses will be published on SAM.gov. The partnership intermediary will assist various Air Force Research Laboratory offices and programs in developing collaborations with industry and academia to transfer laboratory-developed technologies, identify small business opportunities, increase transition of small business-funded innovations, and broker relationships with education institutions to support STEM fields important to the Air Force Research Laboratory mission.
