INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT
The Air Force Research Laboratory, Sensors Directorate (AFRL/RY), will be holding an Industry Day on Wednesday, 09 October 2019 to discuss the Microelectronics Innovation for Next-generation System Advancement and Validation (MINSAV) Advanced Research Announcement (ARA) with Calls (FA8650-19-S-1932) and Applied Technology Center for Data Processing (ATC-DP), Call 01.
PURPOSE: To provide briefings, conduct discussions, and answer questions among potential interested parties for subject ARA and call. Briefing charts will be made available on FBO.gov after conclusion of the event.
DATE: Wednesday, 09 October 2019
TIME: 830a-12p (local time) Sign-in: 730a-830a Briefings/Q&A: 830a-12p
LOCATION: Executive Conference Center 4075 Wilson Blvd., Suite 300, Arlington VA 22203
VENUE: Facility space is limited. As such, attendance will be restricted to TWO (2) representatives from each potential offeror’s entity/firm/organization. Registration is limited to U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only.
REGISTER: Register at http://events.sa-meetings.com/Microelectronics no later than COB 04 October 2019.
The following will be required:
• Attendee (name, title, email, and phone number)
• Name of Company (including CAGE Code, if available)
• Statement as to whether you authorize release of your information (name, title, company, email, and phone) to be published on FBO for partnering possibilities after conclusion of event.
• Completed “Verification of U.S. Citizenship” form (available on registration website) emailed to AFRL/RYOY Security Specialist, Michael Hosmon, at michael.hosmon.1@us.af.mil (If you do not receive a reply/confirmation email, your verification form was not received).
OTHER: If you are unable to provide the “Verification of U.S. Citizenship” form in advance, you must present the following on the day of event: 1) proof of citizenship (U.S. Passport, U.S. Birth Certificate with raised seal, or Naturalization Certificate/Green Card), 2) Government-issued photo ID, and 3) proof of current employment. All documents must be current.
All attendees will be required to present a valid Government-issued photo ID at check-in.

Note: This notice is being issued for planning and information purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation, nor is to be construed as a commitment by the government. The government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to the notice, or participation in the event (to include attendee travel costs), nor will the government accept proposals as a result of this notice. Participation is voluntary. There is no fee to attend. Meals will not be provided at this event.
