About this file
This document contains a federal solicitation for the Science and Technology for Autonomous Teammates program and an attachment related to representations and certifications.
The Science and Technology for Autonomous Teammates solicitation seeks proposals to develop and demonstrate autonomy technologies to enable Air Force missions such as multi-domain command and control, intelligence processing and dissemination, and manned-unmanned combat teaming. Technologies are needed for autonomous decision-making and human-machine teaming to improve operations while reducing risks to personnel. Proposals should mature open and modular architectures applicable to multiple domains and deliver software, hardware, and documentation to support modeling and simulation environments. The program is managed by the Air Force Research Laboratory.
The attachment relates to representations and certifications required from offerors, including NAICS codes, small business size standards, and certifications in the System for Award Management database pertaining to independent pricing, equal opportunity policies, and lobbying activities that are applicable to the solicitation.
