About this file
This document outlines requirements for the Joint Terminal Control Training and Rehearsal System (JTC TRS) program. The program will continue procuring and fielding upgradeable mission simulation systems, including JTC TRS and JTAGSS devices, to support joint terminal attack controller training needs across all military services. For day-to-day training operations, government personnel will conduct training, perform minor maintenance, and offer limited upgrade support at JTC TRS training sites, while contractor instructors or technicians will only be required on-site for initial system installation or unscheduled maintenance. Contractor field support for JTC TRS will be conducted on an as-needed basis. For JTAGSS training sites, contractor personnel will operate the system for training events, perform maintenance, and install approved configuration changes, while also providing spare parts, system repair support through a logistics process, and maintaining system concurrency via a Training System Support Center to meet repair time requirements as defined in the performance specification and contract.

Enemy Forces: Taliban Training camp/COP
Training Objectives:
The UT will plan, prepare, brief and execute a safe and effective CAS mission utilizing a ground based PRF coded laser with laser guided weapons.
Political Impact to Area If Taliban are not stopped the local populace and the local government may lose faith in the coalition force’s ability to protect or help them. If that happens, we will lose the trust of the village elders and lose our Intel gathering capabilities on the surrounding areas.
Mission To locate and destroy the Taliban training camp.
Situation Immediately after sunset last night, one of the village elders came to FOB MINI-ME with information on some Taliban activity.
He claims that there is a training camp on the south side of town.
The Insurgents have struck fear in the town. They take what they want from whoever they want whenever they want. The village elders are looking to the US for help. FOB MINI-ME is sending out their scouts (C/S Basil) to observe and destroy the Taliban COP.
