QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
1. QUESTION: Based on our review, the scope appears limited to the procurement and installation of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) kitchen equipment identified in the café drawings, with items being sourced directly from the manufacturers. As such, we respectfully ask whether the CMMC Level 2 requirement may be reconsidered or deemed not applicable for this effort
ANSWER: The requirement owner has reviewed and determined a CMMC Level 1 status is sufficient for this procurement, The solicitation has been amended to reflect this change/update.
2. QUESTION: Is June 4th the drop dead date for responses?
ANSWER: Yes, quotes must be received not later than 04 June 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT.
3. QUESTION: Is September 1st a drop dead installation date?
ANSWER: Yes, work must be completed not later than 01 September 2026.

ANSWER: Your team will not be responsible for installing the saber contractor mill work counters.

ANSWER: Please refer to the equipment schedule included as part of the SOW. This identifies equipment required and installation responsibility.
