Skill Reference Qualifications and Experience

Avionics Technician (AT2) 1.1.2

Must have a high school diploma/GED AND either three (3) years experience with the testing and repair of electronic LRUs and SRUs OR a technical degree/certificate in electronics.

Senior Avionics Technician

(AT3)

1.1.2

Must have a technical degree/certificate (electronic/electrical preferred) AND eight (8) years experience with the testing and repair of electronic LRUs and

SRUs of which four (4) years shall be experience in the testing, troubleshooting and repairing of faults in Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and Test Program

Sets (TPS).

Engineer (E2) 1.1.3

Must have a Bachelor of Engineering from an ABET accredited school, with a minimum of two (2) years experience in an applicable field OR must have a minimum of seven (7) years experience. Experience must include technical involvement as applicable in one (1) or more of the following areas: design, development, production, testing, engineering studies, analysis of system design, performance enhancement or Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and

Material Shortages (DMSMS) (parts obsolescence).

Senior Engineer (E3) 1.1.3

Must have a Bachelor of Engineering from an ABET accredited school AND a minimum of four (4) years experience in an applicable field. Experience must include technical involvement as applicable in one (1) or more of the following areas: design, development, production, testing, engineering studies, analysis of system design, performance enhancement or Diminishing Manufacturing

Engineering Technician

(ET2)

1.1.4

Must have a high school diploma/GED OR a technical degree/certificate in a scientific, engineering, or technical field AND three (3) years experience in a scientific, engineering, or technical field preferably in direct support of electronic engineering activities/functions. Also required is knowledge of standard engineering methods, practices and techniques used in an electronic environment. Knowledge in the proper disposal of Hazardous Wastes (HW), as well as experience in transporting HW and toxic waste to appropriate disposal locations may be required.

Senior Engineering

Technician (ET3) 1.1.4

Must have a high school diploma/GED OR a technical degree/certificate in a scientific, engineering, or technical field AND eight (8) years experience in a scientific, engineering, or technical field of which three (3) years shall be in direct support of electronic engineering activities/functions. Also required is knowledge of standard engineering methods, practices and techniques used in an electronic environment as well as knowledge of the operation, function and application of test equipment and instrumentation used for automatic testing of electronic systems and components including associated software.

Senior Industrial

Engineering Technician

(IT3)

1.1.5

Must have a high school diploma/GED AND a minimum of three (3) years experience to include at least two (2) years performing production planner duties for depot level maintenance using G004L, G005M, JEDMICS, and LDMS.

Experience with bill of material development/ management, labor standard development/review, work control document development, parts research, parts kitting, and evaluation of technical data and potential capacity. Must have the ability to develop/revise standards (including labor, material, and equipment) in support of shop workloads. Works to achieve and support quality improvement in all products and services. Knowledge of a variety of engineering technical processes and techniques to include work measurement, methods improvement, engineered time standards, Methods Time

Measurement (MTM), and layout design.

Working Capital Fund

Production Analyst (WCF) 1.1.6

Must have a Bachelor’s degree OR five (5) years experience in accounting, finance, economics, or a logistics related discipline. Must have the ability to properly utilize advanced analytical techniques needed to conduct complex studies and analyses. Experience must include using Working Capital Fund specific computer systems, knowledge of the correct processes associated with

Job Order Number (JON) close‐outs, as well as detailed knowledge on End Item

Sales Price (EISP) development/validation. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft

Office Suite, specifically Excel, is required. Prior experience in DoD governmental budgeting/finance is preferred.

Process/Production

Operations Analyst (PA) 1.1.7

Must have Bachelor's degree AND four (4) years experience which includes the ability to properly utilize advanced analytical techniques needed to conduct complex studies and analyses. Prior experience in DoD scheduling and planning is a plus, but not required. Must have experience in computer automated production management and analysis systems such as PAD, EXPRESS, HO33, G004L, Surge Web, LDMS, EPS, D035, etc.

Management Analyst (MA) 1.1.8

Must have Bachelor's degree AND four (4) years experience at the journeyman level. Must have the ability to properly utilize advanced analytical techniques needed to conduct complex studies and analyses. Must have experience performing studies involving quantitiative and qualitative data analysis, to include the identification of problem areas and recommended resolutions.

Must have experience in computer automated production management and analysis systems such as PAD, EXPRESS, HO33, G004L, Surge Web, LDMS, EPS, D035, etc., as well as knowledge of wholesale and retail Air Force logistics and supply chain management systems.

Lean Facilitation (LNF) 1.1.9

Must have a Bachelors degree in a logistics related field AND four (4) years experience. Must be at a minimum Green Belt certified. Must have a thorough knowledge of maintenance/production policies, principles and practices. Must have an extensive knowledge of a wide range of Air Force Smart Operations for the 21st Century (AFSO21) and qualitative & quantitative methods used in conducting studies of major project areas that require application of Continuous

Process Improvement (CPI) principles.

Security Services (SECA) 1.1.10

Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time. Performs a variety of functions to include escorting uncleared personnel, monitoring entry/exit doors, turnstiles and automated gates for malfunctions/theft/damage, and observing and reporting any security/emergency situations to the appropriate authority.

Security Assistant

(SEASST)

1.1.11

Must have a high school diploma/GED AND at least one year's experience as a security asssistant/monitor OR knowledge of OPSEC, Personnel and Industrial

Security Programs. Performs a variety of functions such as but not limited to:

greeting & assisting visitors, relaying messages via intercom system, creating/developing/distributing access badges, authorizing access to controlled facilities, maintaining visit request from outsiders, monitoring entry/exit doors, turnstiles and automated gates for malfunctions.

Technical Writer/Editor

(TW)

1.1.12

Must have a Bachelor's degree OR four (4) years work experience as an avionics technician, maintenance technician or technical writer. Experience in Adobe

Frame Maker, ArborText, Adobe Photoshop and ABBY FineReader preferred.

Experience desired in writing original Technical Manuals, revisions, changes, supplements, checklists, etc. from source data provided.

Equipment Custodian

(EQC)

1.1.13

Must a high school diploma/GED AND a minimum of two (2) years experience as an Air Force Equipment Custodian performing monthly and annual account inventories and daily account management. Must have experience establishing equipment requirements, adjusting account authorizations, monitoring equipment calibration cycles, and managing equipment slated for Precision

Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL).

Contract Work Lead

(CWLC)

1.1.14

Must have a high school diploma/GED AND a minimum of two (2) years experience as a team lead or supervisor performing duties such as maintenance of training records, assignment of duties, reconciliation of employee time and attendance, assistance with investigations and reporting, etc. and must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have knowledge of Occupational

Safety and Health Act (OSHA) regulations and reporting requirements.
