Any information (classified or unclassified) pertaining to this contract shall not be released for public dissemination except as provided by the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) or unless it has been approved for public release by appropriate U.S. Government authority. 13. SECURITY GUIDANCE

The security classification guidance for classified information needed for this effort is identified below. If any difficulty is encountered in applying this guidance or if any other contributing factor indicates a need for changes in this guidance, the contractor is authorized and encouraged to provide recommended changes; to challenge the guidance or the classification assigned to any information or material furnished or generated under this contract; and to submit any questions for interpretation of this guidance to the official identified below. Pending final decision, the information involved shall be handled and protected at the highest level of classification assigned or recommended.

Block9: These services are for the 402d Electronics Maintenance Group (EMXG) to provide labor for direct and indirect production support operations, including depot avionics technical repair, engineering services, budget analysis, security services and continuous process improvement (CPI). All work requires frequent interaction with other Robins AFB organizations and work may be within a team setting with other government personnel or require individual effort. text: Ref. 8a and 11a: Contract performance will occur primarily in secure/unsecure buildings 158, 620, 621, 622, 624, 628, 630, 631, 633, 635, 636, 639, 640, 641, 642, 645, 648, 651, 653, S-109, 672, 675, 676, 903, 20636, 20645, 2251, 4388, 4389, 4390, 4391, 4392, and 4393. Using activity will provide security classification guidance for the performance of this contract. The Contractor shall forward visit requests through the Joint Personnel Adjudication Systems (JPAS) or successor system for secure facilities access as required.

Ref. 10j: FOUO information provided under this contract shall be safeguarded as specified in DoDM 5200.0 I-V4, DoD Information Security Program: Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).

Ref. 11e: Contract is for technical and administrative production support services. Classification markings on the material to be furnished will provide the guidance necessary for performance of the contract.

Ref 11j. Contractor personnel will participate in the OPSEC program administered locally by the AF activity.

Ref. 12: Contractor is to submit requests through the Contracting Officer for OPSEC Program Manager review and public release authorization. The Contracting Officer will provide contractor with written approval/disapproval. (T-1) Information requiring AF or DoD–level review will be reviewed by the unit’s OPSEC Program Manager or Coordinator who will in-turn forward to the entry-level public affairs office through the AFIMSC Public Affairs Office to the Secretary of the Air Force, Office of Public Affairs, Security and Review Division (SAF/PAX), 1690 Air Force Pentagon, Washington DC 20330-1690.
