ADDITIONAL CONTRACT CLAUSES
ADDITIONAL CONTRACT CLAUSES
H-499 BASE SUPPORT
Base support shall be provided by the Government to the Contractor in accordance with this provision. Failure by the Contractor to comply with the requirements of this provision shall release the Government, without prejudice, from its obligation to provide base support by the date(s) required.
(a) Government support to be furnished under this contract is: Base support includes Government-controlled working space, computer equipment, network services on base services such as janitorial, telephone and help desk support which the Government determines can be made available at, or through, any Air Force installation where this contract shall be performed. All Government property in the possession of the Contractor, provided through the base support provision, shall be used and managed in accordance with the Government Property clauses. The Contractor will be required to sign hand receipts for accountable items.
(b) The Air Force installation where base support will be provide: Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex, Robins AFB, Georgia.
(c) Unless otherwise stipulated in the contract schedule, support shall be provided on a no-charge-for-use basis and the value shall be a part of the Government's contract consideration.
H-500 CONTRACTOR IDENTIFICATION (DEC 2012)
Contractor personnel and their subcontractors must identify themselves as Contractors or subcontractors during meetings, telephone conversations, in electronic messages, or correspondence related to this contract.
Contractor-occupied facilities (on AFMC or other Government installations) such as offices, separate rooms, or cubicles must be clearly identified with Contractor-supplied signs, name plates or other identification, showing that these are work areas for Contractor or subcontractor personnel.
H-501 ROUNDING
All dollar amounts provided shall be rounded to the nearest dollar.
252.203-7004 DISPLAY OF FRAUD HOTLINE POSTER(S) (SEP 2011)
(IAW FAR 203.1004(b)(2)(ii))
(b) Display of fraud hotline poster(s).
(1) The Contractor shall display prominently in common work areas within business segments performing work in the United States under Department of Defense (DoD) contracts DoD fraud hotline posters prepared by the DoD Office of the Inspector General. DoD fraud hotline posters may be obtained from the DoD Inspector General, Attn: Defense Hotline, 400 Army Navy Drive, Washington, DC 2202-2884.
(2) If the contract is funded, in whole or in part, by Department of Homeland Security (DHS) disaster relief funds, the DHS fraud hotline poster shall be displayed in addition to the DoD fraud hotline poster. If a display of a DHS fraud hotline poster is required, the Contractor may obtain such poster from:hhttp://www.oig.dhs.gov.gov/xoig/assets/DHS_OIG_Hotline-optimized.jpg (Applicable to acquisitions over $5 million, except for commercial items or when the contract will be performed entirely outside the U.S.)

(IAW FAR 19.811-3(d), DFARS 219.811-3(2)) (d)(2) The SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR will notify the C2ISR - ENTERPRISE Contracting Officer in writing immediately upon entering an agreement (either oral or written) to transfer all or part of its stock or other ownership interest to any other party.
