Export Controlled Draft 144 kW Universal Load Bank (ULB) Purchase Description The export controlled draft Purchase Description (PD) for the 144 kW ULB is being attached along with this document. Please note the export controlled designation, as well as the CUI markings. As noted in the “CUI Requirements” posting on 24 Feb 2021, access to this PDs will not be provided until the company provides written confirmation of completed review and understanding of the CUI marking and transmittal requirements posted. In addition, a copy of the company’s approved DD Form 2345 shall be provided for access to be granted, if the copy of the form has not yet been provided.
When transmitting questions or feedback regarding the PDs, please ensure all CUI requirements are being met. For transmission purposes, please contact the Contracting Officer (Brandi Owens at brandi.owens@us.af.mil) and the Contracting Specialist (Reid Sawyer at reid.sawyer@us.af.mil) to request a DoD SAFE drop-off link be sent to you.
These drafts are being provided for industry review and feedback. The Government is requesting feedback by 16 July 2021. It is the Government’s goal to finalize this draft PD upon receipt of this round of industry feedback.
