Draft Sections L and M Evaluation Criteria, Draft Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) Schedule
The draft 72 kilo-Watt (kW) Ground Power Unit (GPU)/144 kW GPU/144 kW Universal Load Bank (ULB) Sections L and M is being attached along with this document for industry review and feedback. Please note that this document is still actively being updated regarding the pricing submittal and evaluation requirements. The RFP attachments identified within Section L are also in work, and are not in a version that is adequate for posting. A more finalized version of the evaluation criteria, to include the pricing portion and RFP attachments currently in work, will be released along with the draft RFP package.
Also attached to this document for industry review and feedback is a draft copy of the anticipated CLIN schedule. Please note that the quantities included within the schedule are strictly for planning purposes at this time, and are subject to change prior to final RFP release.
Industry feedback regarding the draft L&M and draft CLIN schedule is requested by 16 July 2021.
