Q&A 2/8/2021 Question: Section L states the “Slide Deck Template has required information needed for each factor and the appropriate number of pages.” For attachment #9, am I correct in understanding that for each contract submitted for Past and Present Performance (up to three) your intention is that we are to use one slide for each contract submitted and present our past performance relevancy and small business compliance related to the contract submitted?
Answer: Yes. In Attachment 9, Slides 3-5 are the slides titled, “Contract Submitted and Identified in PPI Tool.” These slides are where offerors will supply the information on the slide. One slide for each effort is all that is allotted for both relevancy and SB utilization.
1. Past Performance Relevance IAW Attachment 1, Section L, II, C.7 “The information must clearly describe the relevance of the effort to the work proposed.”
1. Small Business Compliance in Past Performance Efforts -compliance with FAR 52.219-8 IAW Attachment 1, Section L, II,C.6 “include relevant information in the PPI Tool concerning the offeror’s/joint venture member’s compliance with FAR 52.219-8, Utilization of Small Business Concerns if this clause is or was contained in the contract.”
