About this file
This document provides details on a strategic replenishment contract solicitation for common support equipment. The Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base intends to issue a request for proposal for an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity multiple award contract to three separate groups of awardees. The contract aims to source, acquire, and deliver approximately 500 national stock numbers across 60 federal stock classes of ground and aircraft equipment over ten years, including items such as aerial lift trucks, aircraft arresting systems, and various testers. The small business set-aside contract would have a one-year basic period and nine 12-month ordering periods. Offerors should submit technically acceptable fixed-price proposals by the anticipated release of the RFP on September 23, 2020, with awards planned for May through June 2021.

Question and Answer 2/16/21 Question: Have oral presentation dates been assigned? When should we expect to know assigned date/time?
Answer: No, dates have not been assigned. Oral Presentations will occur if discussions are opened after initial evaluations are complete. IAW Section L, “after initial evaluation of the proposals is complete, a determination to hold discussions will be made. Should discussions be determined necessary, a competitive range will be established, discussions will be opened with all offerors in the competitive range, and each offeror’s initial ratings and evaluation notices with the date scheduled for oral discussions will be provided to them.”
