Questions for FOM- Round 2- FA8224-16-R-0021
1. What is the format of files (word or PDF) to be transmitted electronically?
Format can be PDF or Microsoft Word and Excel
2. What is the file size limit the email system will receive?
25 MB. However, this can vary depending on how much traffic is on the network at the time.
3. Will there be a confirmation that the email has been received?
Yes
— Is 100% inventory required for C-130 on either Gate, as it is for the F-16? If so, how much time is allotted for each?
Yes, a daily inventory will be done in each gate. The inventory will be done by the end of the second shift.
— Will the contractor be able to make any modifications to inventory locations?
The contractor will be able to recommend modifications to inventory but the final decision will be the government.
— Can you please clarify Start/Stop times for each shift contractor will be supporting?
See appendix E of the updated PWS
— Can you provide the expected “ramp-up” time from Contract Award to contract labor beginning work?
See newly added paragraphs (17. – 17.3) on “ramp-up” times.
— Can you please clarify how you define an error with regards to the requirement mentioned in Sections 4.1-4.5, specifically “Performance is acceptable when CDRLs have no more than one error per month for all CDRL submittals or no more than one CDRL per quarter is submitted after the identified due date. Grammatical errors do not count as an error. Substantive mistakes shall be corrected within two working days and corrective action taken to prevent recurrence of inaccurate/ late CDRLs.”
Error is defined as if any data in the CDRL report that is incorrect.
— Are MPS terminals available at all C-130 and F-16 dock locations? If not, please describe proximity to the dock locations.
Yes
— Are MPS terminals available in the High Bay warehouse location?
Yes
— Will the C-130 support for the 572 AMXS take place in Bldg 225?
Yes
— If exercised, when does the government expect the F-16 option to begin?
The government estimates within 60 days of contract award. This timeframe could be longer.
