About this file
This is a Live Questions and Answers document clarifying requirements for portable toilet services related to the 2026 HAFB Air Show Portable Toilets solicitation (FA820126Q0014). The document addresses two key operational questions regarding the comfort station trailers and service frequency. Regarding infrastructure support, the government will provide generators on-site, but contractors must supply self-contained water systems. On service requirements, the document clarifies that units require twice-daily servicing, with two separate service trips to be performed each day, resolving an apparent discrepancy between the Statement of Work references to daily servicing and the requirement for two service trips per day.
