Contract Information, 3rd Paragraph states: “This procurement is being pursued under full and open competition and is not a small business set-aside.” Please confirm that 20% of the seats are set-aside for small businesses.This acquisition is reserving two slots for small businesses. Once those two slots are filled or if they cannot be filled by qualified contractors, the remaining slots will be considered full and open competition.6/18/25
21Solicitation-Section L, Paragraph 2, Page 2 of 33 and Attachment 1 Submission Requirements, Paragraph 2Both references state that side margins are to be no smaller than 1”. However, the SF330 template provided in Attachment 4 has side margins that are less than 1”. It is our understanding that the 1” margins may be a holdover from when bound hardcopies were required for submission. Please confirm that side margins less than 1” are acceptable.The margins in the SF 330 template provided are acceptable for the SF 330 only. For all other documents, the margins defined in the solicitation are applicable.6/18/25
