A1. 6
Q2. Does the pipe flashing surrounding the large pipe flue on the metal roof need to remain? Is it giving necessary structural support to the pipe?
A2. Flue pipe and flashing needs to remain. Flashing will need to be raised to meet new roof height or a new flashing recommended/designed by the roof panel manufacturer will need to be installed.

Q3. Can the new 5-in gutter and down spout be aluminum?
A3. No
Q4. The spreadsheet has a built-in multiplier of 3%, but we have recently been seeing substantially higher inflation rates. With the current inflationary conditions, will there be provisions to account for this?
A4. The preset multiplier of 3% can be adjusted on all years as you see fit. As stated in the Total
