About this file
This document is a request for information (RFI) from the Air Force Sustainment Center regarding the Hill Air Force Base Multiple Award Construction Contract IV (MACC IV). The RFI provides details on the MACC IV requirement and seeks industry feedback. The government will use construction services for maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction of facilities at Hill AFB, Utah. The work includes various design and construction disciplines. Interested parties are requested to provide their small business size status under the NAICS code 236220 for commercial and institutional building construction. Respondents are also asked to complete an attached questionnaire with 200-word responses and provide any feedback on the attached statement of work. Responses are due by close of business on October 23rd. The RFI will be used to determine the best acquisition strategy and does not constitute a binding contract. An industry day will be held the week of November 5th at Hill AFB to provide an introduction and allow for one-on-one sessions with interested parties.
