Q&A

#Topic (RFP Section and Heading)RFP Statement (If available)QuestionUSG Response
1Section L5.0L5.1 The purpose of this volume is to provide information to the Government for preparing the contract document and supporting file(s). The Offeror’s Contract Documentation volume shall include the following sections completed by the Offeror:signed copy of SF 33 cover page, (making sure all amendments have been acknowledged in block 14), FAR clause 52.219-4 from Section I (if applicable), Section K representations and certifications or a copy of the notice that these are available electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website, DOL EEOC Clearance Request Information (Section J attachment), Facility Clearance Letter and any other data the Offeror chooses to bring to the attention of the PCO.Within attachment L of the SAF CDM RFP there is a section (L5.0 Contract Documentation – Volume III) that instructs us to sign and acknowledge the amendments within block number 14 of SF 33 however, the document is secure and won’t allow edits. Is there another version or is there some other way to respond to this requirement?Offerors may print and wet sign the documents. Offerors who wish to fill the document out digitally may print the document by selecting "Microsoft Print to PDF" under the "Printer" option, which will save it as an editable document, that can be filled out and signed digitally.
2Section L5.0Within the same document we are asked to complete SF 33 Section K Representations and Certifications or provide a copy of the notice that they are available electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website. Our company has Representations and Certifications in SAM however, I can’t select (D) within the form and, I am not quite sure of exactly what it means to provide a copy of the notice that they are available electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website, can you please elaborate?Offerors who wish to fill the document out digitally may print the document by selecting "Microsoft Print to PDF" under the "Printer" option, which will save it as an editable document, that can be filled out. In terms of the representations and certifications, Offerors may provide of their SAM report from the SAM website.
3Section L5.0Section L5.0The RFP and the Amendment that were posted/downloaded from FBO are password protected. As a result, I am not able to extract and complete the Offeror information required on the SF 30 and SF 33 for the proposal. I’m hoping you can either provide the password or repost both documents on FBO without password protection.Offerors may print and wet sign the documents. Offerors who wish to fill the document out digitally may print the document by selecting "Microsoft Print to PDF" under the "Printer" option, which will save it as an editable document, that can be filled out and signed digitally.
