SAF/CDM ANALYTICAL AND TECHNICAL (A&T) SERVICES:
Task Order – IDIQ Kickoff Sept 2019
REQUIRING AGENCY: SAF/CDM
TITLE: Post-Award Orientation Slides-IDIQ Kickoff Meeting/Program Management Plan
1.0 TASK ORDER OBJECTIVE: Present in-person briefing regarding basic contract program management and quality control to SAF/CDM.
2.0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: See basic Contract PWS
3.0 SCOPE:
3.1 The Contractor will present their Program Management Plan, IAW CDRL A004, and Post-
Award Orientation Slides/(IDIQ) kickoff presentation, IAW CDRL A003. This TO will satisfy the minimum-ordering guarantee of the A&T services IDIQ.
4.0 SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

5.0 COMPETITION AND ORDER PROCESS: N/A
6.0 DELIVERABLES:
6.1 The Contractor shall create and present the deliverables in the performance of this task order as indicated below. Any deliverable defined in this task order shall be submitted under official company letterhead signed by a representative designated in writing by the company unless otherwise noted. The cover letter shall be addressed to the COR unless otherwise directed.
6.1.1 Post-Award Orientation Slides : (IAW CDRL A003)
6.1.2 Program Management Plan: (IAW CDRL A004).
7.0 SERVICES DELIVERY SUMMARY:
7.1 Nonconformance to contract requirements by the Contractor preventing performance of mission, reducing the usability of services or technical data for their intended purpose, or amendments to schedules, or performance periods may require consideration and negotiation between the Contractor, COR, and Contracting Officer (CO).

ADMINISTRATIVE
A.1. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance for this task shall be two (2) months from date of award.
A.2. SECURITY LEVEL OF TASKING REQUIREMENT: Work related to these tasks shall require TS/SCI clearances.
A.3. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The majority of the work under this order will be accomplished at the Contractor's facility.
A.4. MEETING ATTENDANCE/TRAVEL REQUIRED:
Meetings: The Contractor shall contact the COR within five (5) business days of TO award to schedule IDIQ Kick-Off meeting.
Travel Requirements: Travel may be required for this effort, but shall not be billed or proposed as a separate item.
A.5. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED FACILITIES AND INFORMATION: The Government will provide the Contractor with access to a briefing room with presentation capability at a CDM facility in the NCR.
