· RFQ is due on 5 June 2024 – is this going to be enough time for questions to be answered and returned? If there are a lot of changes this most likely won’t be enough time for us to fix/change the design.

Answer: RFQ due date has been extended to 12 June. All questions must be provided no later than 3 June. All Q&As will be posted as quickly as possible. With the extension all vendors should have adequate time to make any needed changes to their proposals.

Answer: The delivery date has been changed to 18 September. Additionally, the Solicitations has been updated to include the need to provide delivery lead times from date of award.
