QUESTION / ANSWERS
for
FA664322R0001
HQ AFRC Enterprise IT Services
1. Would you please provide us with an approximate timeline for the RFP release?
We anticipate RFP release in the 1st quarter of calendar year 22.
2. Is there an incumbent contractor currently providing these services? If yes, please provide us with the contract details.
Incumbent contract GSQ0417DB0108 was a task order that was awarded under the USAF NETCENTS-2. The contractor is CDO Technologies. This scope of work will include work not previously in that contract so it is important to read the PWS.
3. What will be set aside for this opportunity?
We have not determined the set aside. Market Research will be used to make that determination.
4. What will be the contract value for this opportunity?
We anticipate value to be in the range of the previous award ~$60M.
5. I received and reviewed your Sources Sought notification for the HQ AFRC Enterprise IT Services contract and had a 2-part question, please. There is no Sources Sought attachment or listed questions, so we assume you would like us to write to the DPWS? If so, what is the page limit on the response? And can you please confirm it is due 28 May?
There are no questions at this time that we are asking and you are correct that we would like you to write your capabilities statement to the Draft PWS. There is no page limit to your response, however, if you could keep the response to a reasonable number of pages it would be appreciated.
6. The request posted on beta.sam.gov doesn’t provide information regarding what information you’d like in our response? e.g. Preferred contract vehicles, socio-economic set aside recommendations, or demonstration of ability to meet one or more of the PWS requirements.
Contractors are encouraged to provide whatever information they feel demonstrates their ability to successfully accomplish the scope of work in the draft PWS along with any suggestions on set aside, contract type, ROM.
